Volvo
From one site to a national culture shift
In October 2024, Be There Group ran its first sessions with Volvo Trucks at Wacol, working across day and night shifts to reach every crew. What started as a single site has grown into one of our most sustained national partnerships.
Through 2025, we rolled out our Tone from the Top and Empowering Positive Workplaces (EPW) programs across Volvo sites in Queensland, New South Wales and the Gold Coast, including Wacol, Blacktown, Prestons, Minto, Newcastle, Coomera and Pinkenba. Leaders went first, then every level of the workforce, often across multiple sessions a day to make sure shift workers weren't left out.
Taking it west: WA Trucks
In November 2025, we brought the same approach to WA Trucks, recently acquired by Volvo, starting with an executive session in Perth before rolling into Tone from the Top and EPW across the state. What began as a two-day intensive in Perth has since expanded into regional delivery, with sessions reaching Perth, and now Albany and Bunbury.
Why it works
Volvo and WA Trucks show what we believe: culture change isn't a one-off. It's leadership first, then the floor, then the follow-through. Start with a pilot, prove the shift is real, and keep showing up.
What we love most
Volvo puts people over profit, and it shows in everything they do. From leaders showing up first to sit through Tone from the Top, to ensuring every employe feels seen, heard and validated. Volvo treats their people's wellbeing as non-negotiable. That's rare, and it's exactly the kind of partner we want to keep showing up for.
Show up. Speak up. Be There.
