Bystander Refresher Training is available now. Sixty minutes, self-paced, made for teams who came through Empowering Positive Workplaces and are a year on from it. It revisits the framework, puts the bystander tools back within reach, and asks four questions: What have you noticed? When have you put your learning into practice? What has helped you act, and what has stopped you? What could you do differently next time?
Following close behind is the Empowering Positive Workplaces eLearning package, the full program in a form your people can work through on your own system, in their own time.
Both land as SCORM files for your LMS and are licensed annually across the whole organisation. Scenarios are written to suit the room your people work in, whether that is a factory floor, a building site or an office, and your EAP details and logo sit alongside it in your intranet page. Everyone finishes with a printed pledge for the year ahead.
