Some of the most important work we do doesn't happen in a boardroom or a training suite.
It happens in community halls, on country, in regional towns, in the offices of NGOs stretched too thin, and in the spaces where people are doing the hardest work with the least resources and the most at stake.
We show up wherever people are. That has always been part of who we are.
Community is not a sector we service, it's a space we belong to. And we bring the same quality of facilitation, the same depth of experience, and the same genuine care to a community group in regional Queensland as we do to a corporate client in Sydney. Because the people in those rooms deserve nothing less.
Division 9: Leading the Way
We are incredibly proud of our partnership with Division 9 Councillor Glenn Tozer and the community he represents. What started as a commitment to building safer, more respectful communities has become something much larger, a model for what local leadership looks like when it's done with courage and genuine intention.
Glenn and the Division 9 community didn't just participate in this work. They took it and ran with it. They are now leading the way, showing other councils, other communities, and other leaders what it looks like when you decide that safety and respect aren't aspirational values, but lived ones.
We are honoured to have played a part in that story.
NGO Sector
We have a deep respect for the NGO sector, the people who work within it, the communities they serve, and the conditions they navigate to do it. We understand funding cycles, stretched teams, and the particular challenge of building internal capability when you're already giving everything to the people in front of you.
We work with NGOs and community organisations to build the skills and confidence their people need to recognise harm, to respond to it, to support their colleagues, and to create cultures that reflect the values they were built on. We adapt to your context, your budget, and your people. We don't arrive with a one-size program. We arrive ready to listen first.
Rural and Remote Communities
Distance does not diminish the need for this work, if anything, it amplifies it. We have delivered across regional and remote Australia, from Mount Isa to Wagga Wagga, and we know that the communities furthest from metropolitan centres are often the ones carrying the greatest burden of harm, with the fewest services to support them.
We go where we're needed. We adapt how we work to suit the community we're in. And we do it with the understanding that building local capability, equipping the people already there with the skills to support each other, is one of the most powerful and lasting things we can do.
What we offer communities
Workshops and incursions: facilitated sessions designed for community groups, volunteers, frontline workers, and anyone who shows up for others.
NGO and not-for-profit partnerships: tailored programs that work within your context, your capacity, and your community.
Rural and remote delivery: we travel. We adapt. We show up.
Train the Trainer: building local capability so the work continues long after we leave.
Community culture mapping: for councils, community organisations, and local leaders ready to look at the bigger picture and build something that lasts.
Whatever your community needs to heal, to grow, to feel safer, we are here for that work. All of it.
