The people best placed to shift your culture are already in it
Two days that put someone in every room who knows what to say.
Champions come from your own workforce. They know the site, the history and the names, and two days gives them the language and the permission to act on what they already notice. They go back and hold the standard there, on the days no facilitator is present.
Some go further. One more day, taken after a few months of practice, makes a Co-pilot who co-delivers Showing Up and Gender Based Violence Cultural Change inside their own organisation, alongside a Be There facilitator every time. Nobody facilitates alone, and that is what keeps the room safe when the hard thing gets said in it.
What to expect
Format: Two days to qualify as a Champion, then a further day for those who go on to Co-pilot
In between: Three to six months of practice in role, held by a community of practice
Investment: $4,500 per person across two days of PD and $500 extra for day three.
Outcome: Champions equipped to name behaviour, run short conversations and be a known contact point. Co-pilots licensed to co-deliver inside their own organisation
Delivery: Every session co-delivered with a Be There facilitator
One cohort reaches hundreds of colleagues, because the standard is held by the people who are there every day.
