Our Why, Our Work, Our Results.

Be There Group partners with workplaces, schools, and communities to build cultures where people feel safe, respected, and empowered to thrive.

We focus on unlocking potential, supporting individuals and organisations to better understand themselves, recognise the value they bring, and step confidently into the role they play in shaping their environment. Our work centres on respect, integrity, cultural intelligence, and psychosocial safety, creating spaces where people can do their best work and be their best selves.

With a team of over 20 expert facilitators across Australia and New Zealand, our approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in experience. We don’t just raise awareness, we build capability. Through practical, engaging workshops and programs, we equip people with the skills and confidence to speak up, support one another, and contribute to a culture of accountability and care.

Our work is anchored in the active bystander approach, not as a compliance exercise, but as a powerful framework for collective responsibility and everyday leadership.

Building on decades of experience delivering leading bystander and culture programs, we continue to provide scalable, impactful workshops and programs that supports organisations to move from intention to action.

Our programs include:

  • Interactive workshops for leaders, teams, and communities

  • Train the Trainer accreditation to embed capability internally through a co-facilitation model

  • Tailored programs aligned with organisational values, policies, and obligations

  • Flexible eLearning options

At the heart of everything we do is a simple belief: everyone has a role to play.
When people understand their influence, feel confident in their voice, and are supported by strong culture, meaningful change follows.

By partnering with Be There Group, organisations strengthen culture, build respectful and high-performing environments, and create lasting impact across their workforce and community.
