Psychological Support
At Be There Psychology, we offer evidence-based psychological support delivered by registered practitioners who adhere to AHPRA and APS professional standards. Our services include assessment, formulation and treatment for a range of mental health and wellbeing concerns. We provide support for complex workplace issues, experiences of domestic and family violence, stress, anxiety, low mood, family challenges and relationship difficulties. Sessions may be one-off, short-term or ongoing depending on individual needs, and can include report writing, WorkCover support, and collaboration with other health or support services where appropriate. Our focus is on creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where clients can explore their concerns and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

Employee Assistance Program
Given that we deliver workplace training and workshops across the country every day, we have a deep understanding of how workplaces function, the pressures people face, and the gaps that often exist in traditional support systems. We recognise that many organisations require psychological support that goes beyond standard EAP provisions, which is why we tailor our services to suit the specific needs of your workplace and your people. Whether it’s individual support, guidance around complex workplace issues, or broader wellbeing strategies, we work collaboratively, confidentially and ethically to provide care that is meaningful, responsive and grounded in evidence-based practice.

Group and Individual Programs
At Be There Psychology, we offer a range of small group programs designed to support learning, growth and meaningful change. Our group-based work includes behaviour change programs, empowerment-focused groups, leadership development sessions, and programs for victim-survivors seeking a safe and supportive space to rebuild confidence and connection. Each program is grounded in evidence-informed practice and facilitated by qualified practitioners who create an environment of respect, safety and collaboration. We tailor programs to meet the needs of participants and organisations, ensuring the experience is purposeful, inclusive and aligned with best-practice psychological care.
